Back in 1867, the original iSi company was founded by Karl Fischer-Pochtler GmbH. Over centuries, iSi have been producing the first soda machines which now extends to Co2 charges used for making soda water and the N20 charges for creating cream, soups, sauces and foams, making the core products of the company’s culinary division.
