This specialized third-size (1/3GN) Cambro High Heat H-Pan is designed with convenience, safety, and efficiency in mind. A high heat solution, the pan offers a fit for all leading manufacturer’s product holding units – including single sided and pass through models.

Ideal for breakfast menus, buffets, and quick-serve restaurants, this pan is engineered with two reinforced, textured handles and an innovative finger grip design for safety. Performing from -40°C to 190°C, the heat tolerance safeguards food temperatures and flavourful cooking.

This pan also offers a flat base to maximize contact with the heating element. For additional convenience, the drain holes in the handles ensure hygienic, quick-dry washing.
