DeliVita Sourdough Dough Balls use one of the oldest fermentation methods, with their key ingredient being a 118-year-old preserved fermented yeast, known as ‘Mother Yeast’. This unique yeast ferments the dough, giving it the signature tangy flavour associated with sourdough products. It not only enhances the taste but also makes the pizza easier to digest.

Ingredients – Pink Himalayan salt, purified water, fresh yeast, mother yeast, FORTIFIED FLOUR.
