Tiptree grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make conserves and condiments in their nut-free factory by their farm. Following cherished recipes, Tiptree products are meticulously prepared without artificial colours or flavours.

Like all Tiptree products, their tartare sauce uses only the finest ingredients. Its unique mayonnaise base, made with free range eggs and white wine vinegar, is combined with rich, full flavoured capers, lovely chopped gherkins, mustard and a secret blend of seasoning.

Ingredients – Rapeseed Oil (65%), Free Range Whole Egg & Egg Yolk (9%), Gherkins (8%), White Wine Vinegar (7%), Capers (6%), Sugar, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Mustard Flour, Water, Parsley, Black Pepper, Antioxidant: Calcium disodium EDTA.
