A superb guest information folder with a high quality turned and stitched outer cover.
A sturdy guest room folder, available in 3 different styles, providing you with more options and originality.
This beautiful guest information folder has a high quality turned and stitched outer cover. The Minister guest room folder includes two horizontal pockets of suedel to the inside front and back cover, for extra luxury.
Gold or silver corners are available as an option with this guest room folder, but are not compulsory.
You can retain your guest information by 3 different methods with the Minister guest room folder:
1)
Sewn in Pockets - display your guest information using clear pockets alone, which have been welded into the spine.
2) Wings & Interscrews - display your guest information using the wing and interscrew mechanism. You can still attach clear pockets to this mechanism for added protection against general wear and tear.
3) Gilt Ring Mechanism - A simple ring mechanism, as in a ring binder, to help display your guest information neatly.

A great presentation folder for displaying guest information. Produced from a very hard wearing simulated hide. Ideal for the hotel that wants quality at a sound price.
Produced from a very hardwearing simulated hide with a slight graining, these sophisticated folders have a baseball style stitch running around the edge, of which can be in white or colour matched to the folder. On large orders (or in conjunction with menu covers) it is possible for you to select your own coloured thread to be used.
Folders contain 2 fabric stitched pockets on the inside front cover and a vertical pocket on the inside back cover, a double clear pocket to show 4 x A4 sheets is also included retained via a centre cord. Extra double pockets can be added if required.
Gold or silver corners are available as an option, but are not compulsory.

A chic and fresh welcome to your hotel.
An extremely contemporary guest information folder, available in several earthy colours. This stunning material is new to Smart for 2009 and is also available for menu holders and bill presenters.
This particular guest information folder is especially designed to retain a large amount of guest information. It has two horizontal internal pockets, one on the inside front of the hotel room directory, and one on the inside back. It also has a gilt ring mechanism running down the centre of the spine, as in a ring binder, to help you display that all important information.
The material itself is stretched and bound over a heavy weight board. The pattern in the material resembles tree bark and is available in several earthy colours.

HYDRA GUEST INFORMATION FOLDER

An elegant guest information folder, for a luxury welcome.
This elegant guest information folder is incredibly luxurious and super hardwearing. Covered in satin-finished, recycled, bonded leather and lined with a Moiré silk, these hotel folders are sure to reflect superbly upon your hotel or guest house.
A ring mechanism comes as standard with the Hydra Guest Information Folder, the mechanism is similar to that of a ring binder and can either hold PVC pockets or paper drilled directly on to the ring. An optional pocket is available in the inside front of the guest information folder, or, alternatively, you can add as many inside front and back pockets as you require, at whatever shape and size you require them. Furthermore, the Hydra Guest Information Folder is available either with or without corner protectors.
Due to the versatile nature of this guest information folder, we can make it larger to accommodate more information if required. To do this, we would simply add a ‘D shaped ring mechanism’ (inside of the traditional ‘O’) and make the spine wider – a great solution for larger establishments that need to produce a lot of guest information.
