This Hobart dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. Therefore, guaranteeing effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses.

With built in intelligent soil sensing, the undercounter dishwasher optimises water usage depending on soil levels in the wash water. This reduces running costs by saving water.
