Description

The E1011 regeneration oven has a capacity of 10 x 1/1 GN trays and is supplied with 10 shelves, with spacing of 67mm between shelves. Twin fans within the oven deliver an even temperature across the entire oven chamber, ensuring consistent cooking results. The digital timer and thermostat ensures precise temperature and time controls. Fast heat up and recovery times ensure overall cooking times are reduced, with products cooked as desired at light or full loading capacity.

The unit is supplied on a mobile stand as standard, offering a more convenient working height and valuable storage space underneath. A full height handle adds to the convenience. Installation is easy with the unit being supplied already bolted to the stand.
