The British-made Falcon Dominator Plus G3101 OTC dual fuel gas oven range is a true workhorse in professional kitchens all across the UK. Renowned for its high performance and ultra-reliable operation, the oven is hugely versatile, replacing multiple smaller cooking machines into one big, powerful cooking station.

The six independently-controlled 5.3kW hob burners on top are powerful yet responsive, giving you the flexibility to gently simmer or flash fry as required. The top also features an extended hob area, allowing you to rest pans away from the heat, without taking up valuable counter space.

Behind the double doors is a large electric double oven with a generous internal capacity over two adjustable shelves, accommodating up to five double-size (2/1) gastronorm trays in total (sold separately) – perfect for cooking in bulk.

When service is over, the stainless steel design, semi-sealed hob and removable pan supports ensure a quick clean-up and hassle-free maintenance. Supplied on strong castors easy positioning and cleaning.
