Description
Hobart passthrough utensil washer, cleans pots and pans, cast iron cookware, baking tins, trays and racks with perfect wash results. The double capacity of this Twin model increases the amount that can be washed per cycle.

- Visiotronic Control – thanks to the large START button combined with a text and graphics display, the machine is easy to operate
- Exhaust Energy Storage – the four sided hood design drastically reduces energy consumption. The 60°C hot waste steam does not escape into the room uncontrollably, but remains under the hood
- CLIP-IN wash and rinse arms – makes cleaning the machine as simple as possible

- ROTOR-X Wash System – cross joint 4-spoke wash arms are unique to Hobart, providing an extremely high wash performance on stubborn, baked on pans and utensils
