The Robot Coupe MP450 XL FW Ultra is a powerful solution for large quantity whisking. With its long 690mm shaft, it provides the ability to whip up huge portions of mayonnaise, cream or meruinge, even in the deepest catering pots and pans. The main engine behind the power provides an impressive 500W of whisking power, all of which is controlled with a variable speed dial on the top of the unit. Inside, the fully metal gear box is incredibly strong and is specifically designed for heavy duty, everyday use in pro kitchens.
