Suitable for both ovens and blast chillers, the mould gives you the flexibility to cook, chill and store the contents, all without having to change pans or trays. And as the mould is made from a flexible silicone material, it’s easy to remove the contents when needed – simply bend the mould to gently lever out delicate desserts.
