Description
The 80cm Matfer Bourgeat Ergo giant stainless steel whisk is specifically designed to reduce fatigue in kitchens where heavy mixing and stirring takes place. Lightweight and with an extended exoglass handle, the whisk enables use in the correct body position, with wrists in line with forearms to reduce the risk of muscular-skeletal disorders.
Heat resistant up to 220°C, the whisk has a reinforced handle for extra strength, allowing use with heavy mixes, as well as hot. The whisk also features an impact absorber at the head of the tool to further reduce noise and vibrations, whilst also protecting bowl rims. Can also be hung up – holder code 111205.
