The Scaritech griffe is a high quality multi blade scoring tool designed to create perfect decorative pastries and dough in seconds. Perfect for cutting dough regularly, the griffe helps to control the expansion of pastry as it bakes.
With a comfortable grip handle, the griffe allows steady control and accurate cutting. Included is 6 Scaritech blades ref GR2002S, however the griffe hold up to 11 blades, with minimum spacing of 5mm between each blade. Also included is a hook for safe removal of the blades.
