The Scaritech NEO white container is a 20Ltr dough kneading box and fermentation tub with an innovative design tailored for bakery and pastry use. It features smooth, curved sides that eliminate internal corners, making it easier to remove dough and ensuring better hygiene by preventing the accumulation of material in corners.

This design also facilitates easier cleaning, and thanks to its shape, reminiscent of the traditional pastry maker, it allows exceptional removal of dough, whether it is cold or not, or if it’s white dough, special breads or even brioche dough.

Compatible with the double-sided lid BAC006, which can either allow air circulation for fermentation gases or provide a sealed environment, depending on the side used.
