The Rieber Varithek ACS 1100D3 is an innovative all-in-one digital mobile catering station which allows you to cook without separate extraction. Perfect for front of house cooking, the Varitek has an integrated “air cleaning system”, which pulls grease, odour and other pollutants into a filter system, allowing you to concentrate on the cooking.

The gantry offers perfect hygienic protection and a practical work surface and transfer area on the stainless steel shelf with an integrated LED light strip and is easily accessible from the top for assembly or electrical work. A variety of varithek cooking modules can be flexibly inserted centrally in the recessed installation niche (sold separately)
