Powerful. Fast. Energy-saving. The Lincat CiBO+ Boosted high speed oven in purple is specifically optimised for high demand areas. Using unique, patented tri-heat technology, the oven cooks with a mixture of microwave, TurboAir and ContactBase cooking to provide deliciously perfect results up to 25 x faster than conventional methods. This intelligent design not only means that food is cooked much faster – it also delivers improved consistency, quicker recovery and high levels of food quality – even when cooking from frozen.
The Lincat CiBO+ Boosted includes all the advanced features of CiBO+ and more. From the user-friendly touch screen interface with touch & change technology, to the unique rapid Cooldown+ program and five temperature groups, the Boosted CiBO+ takes everything that’s made the CiBO+ an incredible success and makes it even better.
The ventless design of the CiBO+ ensures there’s no need for additional overhead extraction, and the compact footprint means it’s easy to install where it’s needed most. And despite its compact size, the CiBO+ can still accommodate a full 12″ pizza with ease.
With the growing awareness of the need for sustainability CiBO+ Boosted provides the same energy efficiency as CiBO+, delivering 3 x 12¿ pizzas and 6 toasties using just 1.44kW of energy. And thanks to the Eco mode, when the oven isn¿t in use it uses less than 1kW per hour, whilst still being ready to cook straight away.
