Wi-Fi connectivity enables remote menu and recipe management across sites, whilst USB makes software updates and HACCP recipe/report transfers straightforward. A ventless system removes the need for an extraction hood, and the removable catalytic converter simplifies cleaning – meaning fewer service calls, and making the oven exceptionally easy to install.
