Description

Made from real natural slate, the APS THE GRID tray provides a strong, stable base for serving and presenting dishes. Its GN 1/1 format (530x325mm) ensures compatibility with standard buffet systems, while six integrated 13cm cut-outs allow for a structured and organised arrangement of bowls or inserts.

Designed for chilled service, the slate surface can be cooled to help maintain the freshness of cold dishes, making it particularly well suited to salads, appetisers and desserts. Its natural texture and tonal variation give each piece a unique character, elevating presentation with an authentic, high-quality finish.

Practical as well as stylish, the tray is stackable for efficient storage and should be cleaned with a damp cloth to preserve the material. Not dishwasher safe.
