Description
Present cold dishes, ingredients or prepared components in buffet and cooling setups with this APS VALO insert in the GN 1/2 format. With GN-standardised dimensions of 300x240mm and a height of 40mm, the insert can be used flexibly within the GN system. The EPP material can be cooled, supporting consistent temperature maintenance in buffet and service areas.
Designed for professional use in gastronomy, catering and the hotel industry, as well as at home, the VALO insert is not dishwasher safe and should be wiped with a damp cloth for material-appropriate care.
