Part of the De Buyer Air System, this perforated tray is made from stainless steel for excellent durability and heat distribution. The perforations allow the air to flow around the whole of the dough ensuring fast, even crispy bakes every time. The tray is also suitable for use in cold temperatures including the freezer and can cleaned in a commercial dishwasher after use.
