Preserve the quality of your food before service with the Tournus 507431AS mobile banqueting cart. Perfect for both storage and transportation, the Tournus uses fan assisted heating to hold a consistent temperature of 60-85°C.
Inside, the cart can accommodate up to ten double-size (2/1GN) gastronorm trays (up to 65mm deep), making it excellent for holding large volumes of food. The interior and door are thermally insulated, helping to improve energy efficiency, reduce running costs, and keep heat-up times down.
On the outside, the 507431AS features a water-resistant digital control panel, as well as easy-clean stainless steel construction and sturdy castors. Perfect for positioning the unit where required. As a handy extra, the corner bumpers help to prevent damage to the unit and walls during transportation.
