The Louis Tellier Marcel outdoor oven was created with the aim of rediscovering the spirit of outdoor bread ovens. Easy to transport and simple to use, the oven features rear combustion (wood logs, pellets or coal) and a patented flame block valve system, allowing to master all types of cooking. Whether you’re cooking pizza, steaks, breads, seafood, vegetables or even pastries, the Marcel gives you the flexibility to get great results. You can even cold smoke food, making the Marcel incredibly versatile.
Designed for quick heat up (around 20 minutes to 500°C), the oven is ready when you need it, and thanks to its strong stainless steel structure, it’s highly durable too. Ceramic fibre insulation ensures heat is kept inside the oven, helping to make fuel last longer and reduce running costs.
