The barbecue has a stainless steel construction suited to repeated outdoor cooking. Its heavy-duty, cool-touch handle provides a substantial grip while helping the operator handle the lid more comfortably during a busy service.

4 independently controlled burners provide a combined output of 64500Btu/hr, equivalent to approximately 18.9 kW. The unit heats up in around 6 minutes and reaches a maximum operating temperature of 425°C, allowing separate areas of the grill to be managed for different foods.
