The primary and preferred route is a truly circular re-use process to use the broken down fibres to create the same type of product as the original textile post secure destruction. The secondary outlet involves an advanced remanufacturing process to re-purpose textiles into a range of different products. Finally, if the previous options are not possible for your material(s), the calorific energy used to create the item will be recovered and fed back into the grid via refuse-derived fuel (RDF). Full audit trial provided. Collections conducted by security staff, in CCTV and GPS tracked vehicles.

• Provision of lockable, secure storage containers with collection on a scheduled basis
• Vetted operatives, all staff are DBS checked and security vetted to the British Standard, which is up to Military grade
• Collections and transport are conducted in alignment to British Security Standards including slam-locked doors and real-time CCTV and GPS tracking to keep your material traceable and secure

• Fibres are then recycled depending on composition
• Avena recycle as much as possible into alternative materials. Any textiles that cannot be recycled are converted into pellets for refuse-derived fuel (RDF)

• Waster Transfer Note (WTN) is a legally required document that applies to all transfers of no-special waste to another party
• WTN evidences that a business has met its

  the waste is produced, to when it is disposed of
