The 5 tray Friulinox Ready blast chiller/freezer is designed to reliably chill food from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, or freeze to -18°C in 240 minutes, preserving food quality and ensuring HACCP compliance. This versatile appliance accommodates both GN 1/1 and 600×400 pans, making it a valuable asset for diverse catering operations including cafes and recipe development labs.
Featuring a user-friendly 7-inch colour touch screen, the blast chiller offers pre-set cycles and precise core probe control for consistent results. Its 60mm polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant gas contribute to energy efficiency, reducing operational costs.
