The Hoshizaki Premier KPS-21-SGU blast chiller delivers rapid, HACCP-compliant chilling and freezing for busy professional kitchens. Holding up to five 1/1GN or 600x400mm bakery trays, the cabinet can chill 25kg or blast freeze 15kg in a single run, protecting food quality and freeing up valuable preparation time.
An advanced IFR control system with 7″ touch display offers instant access to pre-set favourites or fully customisable cycles, whilst dedicated thawing, proving and retarder-prove modes bring all-day versatility. A single-point probe, HACCP alarm and class-5 rating for ambients up to +40°C guarantee consistent results and regulatory confidence.
