If you need consistent prepping results, the Hallde cutter blender is a high quality commercial option which allows you to produce a wide variety of preparations quickly and easily. With a generously-sized 6 litre bowl, you can chop, grind, blend and purée large volumes. Operation is easy – the VCB uses a single control knob for one-speed prep and pulse functions. Once you’ve finished prepping, the whole bowl quickly disassembles for simple cleaning. Great for schools, hotels, restaurants and care homes.
