Designed for light duty performance and convenience, the Caterlite portable sous vide machine is great for creating deliciously tender sous vide results anywhere.
Thanks to its compact and lightweight design, the unit can securely clip onto most pots or pans (minimum 180mm high), turning almost any vessel into a sous vide water bath. Intuitive digital controls make the sous vide machine incredibly easy to use, allowing precise temperature regulation at the touch of a button.
The Caterlite also features a built-in stirring mechanism, helping to keep the water at consistent temperatures with an impressive precision of 0.1°C. Superb for small quantities of steak or fish.
