With an IPX7 rating, the SousVideTools iVide Plus Jnr cooker can endure immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, safeguarding against accidental splashes or submersion without causing damage. However, prolonged exposure, such as placing it in a dishwasher, could be harmful.
