Description

The Scaritech heavy duty rolling cloth is a high-quality 2000x600mm pastry cloth designed for bakers who need a reliable, durable surface for rolling dough. The cloth is made from a blend of linen and cotton, which offers an optimal balance of strength and flexibility.

This combination of materials helps to absorb excess flour, preventing it from being incorporated back into the dough, which can be critical for maintaining the texture and consistency of baked goods.

The linen and cotton blend ensures that the cloth can withstand repeated use and washing, making it an excellent choice for busy commercial bakeries.
