The cloths are made from 95% cotton and 5% elastomer for optimum elasticity, allowing your dough to rise and proof without resistance. This also makes the cloths washable at up to 40 °C using normal detergent without fabric softener or bleach – maintain excellent hygiene throughout your food prep.
