The BT-2P sieves used flour automatically with a powerful auger-style brush, lifting out large lumps and dirt and sending them into a separate container. Clean flour stays ready for use, and the two plastic collection containers keep the cleaned and dirty flour apart, so you can reuse good flour with confidence and reduce waste. The overhead basket shelf with back splash keeps the workspace tidy, whilst the dipping basket and bowl are included, so you’re ready to start straight away.

Built with a strong, easy-clean stainless steel finish, the Chefs Range BT-2P is practical for daily use and simple to wipe down at the end of a shift. Its 1152mm width and 1.8kW power make it a sensible fit for busy frying areas where space and performance both matter.
