A super concentrated detergent for the use in combination ovens and grills. Removes heavy burnt on grease and baked on food from all surfaces inside the oven.
For best results use alongside Selden Combi Oven Rinse-Aid, for a streak free finish – item code DP011.

- Combi Over Cleaner must only be used via an integral dosing system in a combination oven, in accordance with the machine manufacturer¿s instructions. The detergent concentration should typically be used at 0.5%-2.0%. This should be adjusted via the oven control panel depending on level of soiling.
