Power and reliability combine in the Buffalo 700 Series gas range cooker, a 43kW natural gas or LPG-ready powerhouse built for busy commercial kitchens. Six high-output open burners with heavy-duty cast iron pan supports give instant, precise control on the hob, whilst the large gastronorm oven accepts up to five 2/1 GN trays, delivering rapid heat-up and consistent results from 90-300°C with push-button piezo ignition.

Designed to perform day after day, the range features removable pan supports and a stainless steel build for quick, simple cleaning. Manual ignition on the burners keeps service moving, individual door catches help retain heat, and sturdy castors (front braked) allow easy positioning for installation and maintenance. With a 3/4″ gas inlet and an LPG conversion kit included, the Buffalo 700 Series gas range cooker streamlines workflow and boosts capacity across catering operations. Must be installed and commissioned by a Gas Safe engineer.
