Made from a single piece of non-stick exoglass, the ring has no joins or rolled edges, so you can get fantastic results from your baking with much less chance of damage when the ring is removed. Completely fridge and oven safe, the tart ring can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 250°C, opening up a wide variety of recipes available to you.

The exoglass material is highly innovative and provides some unique advantages in comparison to traditional steel molds. Not only is the ring highly durable and resistant to distortions in shape, it also has an incredibly low inertia to heat, meaning it can be safely handled moments after being removed from the oven. This helps you to easily remove food from the ring, whilst also reducing the chance of burnt fingers.
