Description
Ideal for meat, fish & poultry, the Imperial EBA-2223’s 2 individually controlled burners evenly distribute heat and provide the high temperatures required to seal in juices. The slanted cooking surface provides a range of cooking temperatures, and allows any excess grease or fat to flow to the removable front grease trough. The heavy duty cast iron cooking sections can be used to achieve branding marks, and can be easily removed for cleaning.
