With the Opus 800 Direct Cook electric chargrill, cook directly on the powerful elements to create succulent food with a perfectly branded appearance, without the need for separate branding grids. With two separately controlled heat zones, only turn on as much of the 730mm wide cooking area as needed. Perfect for any busy commercial kitchen, the fully removable tank liner, and hinged, interlocking elements make cleaning easier.
