The set includes a 10cm and 15cm utility knife, plus a 21cm chef’s knife, covering everyday prep tasks from slicing and dicing to trimming and portioning. The blades are made from corrosion-resistant 1K6 high-carbon stainless steel, with a hardness of 58 (±1) HRC, and the extremely precise edge processing delivers clean, consistent cuts that help keep presentation sharp and waste to a minimum.

Built for long shifts, the Wasabi Black series is designed with comfort in mind. The slightly arched blade back supports a secure grip and makes fine rocking movements easier to control. The matt black handle is water resistant, robust and enriched with bamboo powder for a natural, ergonomic feel in the hand. Because the handle and blade are permanently moulded together, there are no gaps for dirt to build up, which makes cleaning quicker and supports strict hygiene standards.
