Combined with edges which are processed for exceptional accuracy, the knives hold their sharpness and deliver clean, consistent cuts from the first prep of the day to the last. The range offers both double bevel and traditional Japanese single bevel blade shapes, so there’s a knife to suit every task, from dicing vegetables to portioning fish.

The slightly arched spine of each blade gives a secure grip and makes fine rocking movements easier, helping to speed up repetitive tasks.
