Part of the Classic series, these knives possess the integral strength of a fully forged blade hardened to 58 Rockwell through a 54-step manufacturing process consisting of a combination of laser-precise machinery and world-class artisan expertise.

This blades exhibit a 14.5° edge angle per side, finished off with a comfortable ergonomic handle made from POM – a durable material with tight molecular structure to resist fading, discolouration and build-up of insanitary material.

The full bolster (the junction between handle and blade) protects the hand from the sharp blade and balances the weight of the knife.
