With independently controlled upper and lower cooking plates, the Prince Castle NCG14-F contact grill gives you the flexibility to cook a wide variety of foods fast.
Ideally suited to quick service cafés and restaurants, the grill features expertly-designed parallel plates which are weighted to ensure the perfect level of pressure on the food. Combined with the flat plate design, this leads to evenly-cooked results and rapid cooking to reduce queues. Cleaning and maintenance is easy too, as the unit features a smooth design and removable drip tray.
