Delivering exceptional cooking versatility, the Blue Seal Turbofan E931M convection oven is ideal for busy professional kitchens. This flexible oven combines Blue Seal’s powerful Turbofan convection cooking with 4 high-speed hobs (2x 2kW front & 2x 1.5kW rear).

The oven accompanies its efficient 2.8kW performance with a generous capacity that fits 4 x 1/1 GN pans with 80mm tray spacing. For consistent cooking results time and again, this convection oven features a single direction low-velocity fan and mechanical thermostat for reliable heating.

The Blue Seal E931M features a full hygienic pressed stainless-steel top and vitreous porcelain enamel interior, which makes cleaning and maintenance simple. Easy to position thanks to its compact design, the unit also features a safe-touch vented door with a stay-cool handle for safe operation.

Please note: the hob is single phase hardwired only. The oven has a 13A plug fitted. Professional installation is recommended.
