From the simple push-button humidity injection function which helps you to keep food moist, to the double-pane glass door which allows you to monitor the cooking process without having to open the oven. The fan ensures a speedy heat-up and even temperatures throughout the cavity – essential for uniform bakes.

The Buffalo bakery convection oven measures 580(H) x 610(W) x 641(D)mm including the handle, with a depth of 573mm when the handle is excluded.

Note: humidity function uses an integrated water pan – no mains water connection required.
