Simple, rugged and easy to maintain, the oven features a full stainless steel body, removable inner glass and a detachable fan deflector for swift cleaning between batches. Time and temperature knobs offer quick adjustment from 50°C to 270°C with a 1-60 minute timer or continuous mode, supported by an end-of-cooking alarm to keep service on schedule. Rear exhaust ports even allow stacking, so multiple Smeg convection ovens can boost capacity without sacrificing valuable counter space.
