The Polar U-Series double door counter fridge is an superb energy-efficient food storage solution, designed for everyday use in busy professional kitchens. With its advanced forced air cooling system, the fridge is made to operated reliably, even in the hottest kitchens where ambient temperatures reach up to 40°C.
The Polar U-Series offers a generous 257 litres of capacity over two shelves and two floor protectors. On top, the stainless steel worktop adds further flexibility, and the base is fitted with castors, making it easy to position the unit for installation or cleaning. For further flexibility, full size gastronorm trays can be used without additional runners – simply slide straight in.
