With two 1.5Ltr stainless steel removable bowls and a strong base unit, the chocolate melter is incredibly easy to clean and maintain. It’s also designed for accurate dry heat melting, so there’s no need to fill (or empty) a water bath – reducing mess and saving time. The dry heat system delivers accurate temperatures throughout the base and sides of the container, ensuring even, accurate melting.
