Made to the highest quality, the unit is designed to quickly melt your Chocolate, and then and hold it at the perfect temperature for extended periods.
With three 800ml stainless steel removable bowls and a strong base unit, the chocolate melter is incredibly easy to clean and maintain. It’s also designed for accurate dry heat melting, so there’s no need to fill (or empty) a water bath – reducing mess and saving time. The dry heat system delivers accurate temperatures throughout the base and sides of the container, ensuring even, accurate melting. And thanks to its independent dial temperature controls for each section, it’s easy to use too. A powerful and reliable solution for professional chocolate melting.
