Description

A Dick 1778 knife is just any chef knife. The 1778 series represents the pinnacle of F. Dick’s expertise, tradition and precision.

With a core that consists of a very thin layer of high alloy double X VG-12 grade carbon steel and an extreme hardness of 61°, every cut made with the knife is a pleasure – providing a delicate, even cut every time. Due to the very special construction using elements such as cobalt and manganese, the blade combines immense durability and resistance, ensuring a long working life for many years.

Everything about the 1778 knife is premium – from the hand-honed blade to the specially-selected plumwood handle with a unique colour pattern. Even the handle is worked by hand by Dick’s experts.
