The Hobart Care dishwasher puts an end to the mountain of dirty dishes – in only 3 minutes, it washes more crockery than most household dishwashers can in 60 minutes. With a maximum output of 80 racks per day, the Hobart Care offers impressive commercial performance to match the most demanding sites.

To ensure that the wash is hygienically clean, the Care complies with the most demanding requirements – cleaning with an A0 value of 60 (based on EN ISO 15883). This dishwasher also delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
