Capable of washing up to 60 racks every hour, the F504W is simple to operate and highly effective. Self-flushing functionality ensures stringent hygiene standards inside, while energy and water usage is limited to reduce overall running costs.

With a compact design that can fit under most standard work counters, the dishwasher guarantees supreme performance without taking up too much floor space. A rotating top and bottom wash system distributes the wash water evenly over the dishes to ensure consistent results, every time. The machine also comes fitted with integral drain pump as well as detergent dispenser.

The Hobart Ecomax F504W delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, which won’t be reached when washing by hand – so cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing to protect staff and customers against transferable viruses. Once cleaned, it’s recommend to store your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
